Epistemology (the theory of knowledge) considers two kinds of knowledge; a priori and a posteriori. A priori knowledge involves REASON and deduction. A posteriori knowledge depends on evidence such as scientific experiment and aspects of personal knowledge.

In other words, one is what you logically deduce from facts and the other is what you know from experience. When a consciousness seeks greater knowledge and finds a teacher, there may be a learning gap that hinders success.

This learning gap comes from teaching from only one type of knowledge.
Many become experts from study and teaching. This a priori knowledge is valuable because it directs new thought experiments and imaginative comparisons. Yet, there will be no visceral understanding of the experience. The emotions of the experience will only be mimicry.
Then others become experts by being thrown into the fire and finding a way out. This a posteriori knowledge is undisputable and seared into the consciousness. However, it can be so blinding to the viewer’s mind that coherent connections are no longer possible. Neither is helpful to the student.

What I offer is an addition of the two types of knowledge.

My career as a mathematician kept me firmly on one side until I was forced to explore the other. Honestly, this transition from pure reason to “experience of The Reason” was not by my will. Life has a way of forcing your hand and mine was definitely forced. For example, did you know (psychologically speaking of course) there is little difference between hell and a baptism by fire? How to tell the difference? Get out! There is no difference while inside.

While I worked on finding the solution to the wicked hand dealt to me, I used my knowledge and love of mathematics to record my journey and I noticed a pattern develop. A type of mental calibration. This pattern was tested for consistency, accuracy, and predictability. Then put into use as a mindset formula. I used it first with myself and then with a sample from my business client list.
The results were phenomenal and recorded as my first case studies.
